Desktop Wallpaper Gpo is not working for few clients machine

Sometimes we having issue with desktop wallpaper.If Desktop Wallpaper Gpo is not working for few clients,please follow the below steps:

*Run the RSOP command to check Gpo is applied or not,if not applied than recheck the gpo settings.
*Ping the active directory server to check clients machine reach the Active Directory,if not reached than fixed your network issues or check firewall.
*Run nslook to check the clients machine can reah to DNS server,if not check networks and firewall settings.
*Run the Time Sync Command to check client machine get times for the PDC if not than Run time sysnc command to sync time from the Active Directory.
*Restart time services
*Run gpupdate /forc
